New VBS 2010 Album now posted! new

Cathy Smith's Wednesday Bible Class for all ages did a parallel study to the Summer Series focusing on how members at Highland View serve. She introduced program leaders and then followed up by involving the children in the activity, including field trips. On July 21, the field trip was to Beth Jinkerson's house as a follow-up to Dorothy Maberry's Visitation Program for shut-ins.

Small Groups

A summer initiatives of the Family Group was the "Caring for God's Creatures" drive. The successful call for donations of pet foods, cleaning supplies and other much-needed goods for the Animal Shelter came as a touching surprise to the community. Here we see pictures of the delivery. For more, see our Phanfare album.

Small groups are a vital part of Highland View's study and fellowship. Most small groups follow a shared study plan based on purchased books or materials developed for our groups by Curtis McClane. Other groups follow a more individualized Bible study.

For a list of all the small groups, their meeting times, and other information, go to the Small Group Page.
