Elders

Johnny Moore

Johnny has been an elder at Highland View since 19xx. He is responsible for oversight of ministries for Benevolence, Facilities, Helping Hands,and Small Groups, as well as jointly overseeing the Evangelism Ministry. Currently, three generations of Johnny's family are members at Highland View.

Tim Oldham

Tim has been an elder at Highland View since 1997. He oversees ministries for Fellowship, Finance, and Missions and jointly oversees the Evangelism and Youth Ministries. The Oldham family's service for the Lord in Tennessee includes his father's legacy as a minister and faculty member at Freed-Hardeman University.

Ray Smith

Ray has been an elder at Highland View since 1988. He oversees ministries for Assemblies, Education, Information Systems,Involvement, and Special Services, and jointly oversees the Evangelism and Youth minstries. Ray not only provides leadership at Highland View, but also a strong presence and influence for Christ in the greater Oak Ridge area and surrounding communities.
