Building
 |
Program Function:
Assure that all facilities are maintained in good order, including routine and preventive maintenance. Suggest needed improvements and prepare budget estimates. Responsible for orderly Storage Area Maintenance inside and outside main building, storage shed, and Providence House. Arrange for ongoing custodial services, HVAC systems, and Baptistry Cleaning and maintenance.

Facility Use
 |
Program Function:
Assures that the Facility Use Guidelines are followed on all occasions where the facilities are used. Develop & distribute printed Guidelines for Private Events (weddings etc) including building access, set-up & clean up, AV support scheduling and other resources needed.

Grounds
 |
Program Function:
Maintain the grounds through plantings and attending the landscape to provide a pleasing and welcoming appearance. Includes year around planting and care for shrubs and flowerbeds as well as trees.

Vehicles
 |
Program Function:
Provide for maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle fleet. Includes regular servicing and repairs and replacement as required. Assure availability and documentation of properly licensed drivers.
