Introduction
The intent of the Ministry System is to encourage servant leadership through the deacons and ministry leaders. The elders of the congregation encourage all our leaders to look to Christ, as He is the ultimate servant leader. Many of our leaders have accumulated more than 20 years of experience with this Ministry system from its inception in November 1988 and throughout adaptations to meet the changing needs of our members and community. May God find our efforts to define His work at Highland View through these Ministries in keeping with His will.
We printed a book describing the latest updates for the Ministry System for 2010, including a brief history of the system, how the congregation's members helped to shape the ministries, and our goals, mission, and vision for the work at Highland View. A PDF of that printed document is available for you to download from the link below, although the best and most up-to-date information is right here on this website. Reprints of the updated booklet may be printed periodically. If you recognize anything that is out of date, please contact the church office or webmaster.
