BETTY ROBERTS, Don Cox’s sister from
Alcoa, passed away last night. The funeral arrangements will be at
Highland Memorial Parks in Knoxville and that is all the information that we
have at this time. Look for details later. Pray for comfort for this family.

JOHN GRIZZELL’S family as they go through their grieving over his death last
week.

BEATRICE
FRITTS, Renee Thomas’ cousin, passed away July 21st. keep her
husband and her two sons as well as Renee in your prayers.

REMEMBER the family of JERRY
HUTCHINSON, uncle of Loretta Rollins, as he passed away Saturday morning.
·
IMOGENE BROWN was admitted to MMC on
Friday and is in room 462 for observation.
She is doing better. Pray for comfort
and healing.

JEAN
LYNCH, Nikole Lynch’s grandmother, has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Please
keep the doctors and the family in your prayers.

PEGGY
WARREN, Eddie’s mother, had dental surgery yesterday. Pray for a good recovery.

THERE
IS A FAMILY IN NEED OF PRAYERS; an apartment and a cheap car to drive. Joey
& Robin Hickey’s rental home in Clinton was destroyed by fire on July 3rd.
They lost a car, their beloved cat, and so many irreplaceable keepsakes.

MATT MILLER’S new baby girl, will be welcomed with a baby shower THIS Sunday,
August 1st at 2pm in the Providence House.

registered at Target and Babies-R-Us.

The diaper drive for CHOICES
RESOURCE CENTER will go through the end of this month. Please help by bringing
a box/bag of diapers size 3 or 4 to
the church building any time during this week and leave it in the front foyer
area.

ALL TEENS are
invited to meet with Neil and Seth at El Cantarito’s at 11:30am every Thursday
until school starts. THIS Friday, July 30th, they will go
to Kentucky Splash in Williamsburg, KY. There is a $10 entry fee to the
park. See Neil or Seth with questions.

SUNDAY was the official last day that
donations for the OAK RIDGE ANIMAL SHELTER were collected. If you have not been
able to donate and still want to, just bring your items to the building by THIS
Wednesday, July 28th. The plans are to deliver the items to the Shelter
on Saturday, July 31st.

PRESCHOOL CRAFT DONATIONS of egg
cartons, paper towel cardboard rolls, toilet paper cardboard rolls and Clorox
wipes for a project are needed. Please bring them to Erin Dodd or leave them in
the “inserted” first part of the hallway as you enter where the classrooms are
with a note attached on what it is. Thank you Highland View!
