Love Banquet 2011
Feb 2011 - So many beautiful children come to our assembly, and it's fun to see the families gather and introduce their kids to their friends. On February 13, our special Love Banquet day, we captured shots of Hannah Scott (waving) and baby Olivia with her dad Clint Goodpasture, step-grandfather Joe Tackett, and grandmother Mildred Goodpasture.

Everyone Gathered for a Special Prayer For Levi and Erin - Jan. 2011
Levi Dodd accepted the position of Youth and Family Life Minister in mid-January 2011. The Elders asked everyone to gather at the front of the building to offer a special prayer of blessing on the Levi, his wife Erin (Education Coordinator), and their work for the Lord at Highland View.

Jan. 2011 - New little Highland Viewer Eli Griffin snoozes and yawns after napping through the services. Proud father Rodney and mother Ginger have plenty of experience since this is bouncing baby boy number 3!
Love Bear Workshop Was Fun and Productive
Feb. 2011 - Bear stuffers of all ages worked on the cute little bears that have given comfort to hundreds of patients and trauma victims in the East Tennessee Region.
AWANA Program and Graduation
As the school year approached its ending this May, the Wednesday evening AWANA classes first shared some of the songs and Bible verses that they had learned this year. The next week, we celebrated the first annual graduation of our AWANA program.
Summer Intern Is Here!
Laura Mitchell, Harding University student, is serving as Highland View's summer intern. She will be working in many areas, especially assisting with children, youth, and VBS activities.
